Being a proctor in admiralty means that Mr. Fernandez is recognized by the Maritime Law Association as a lawyer with knowledge of and dedication to the practice of maritime law. As a result, he offers legal services both in normal workers' compensation as well as with regard to claims made by seamen under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.
