Amber E. Cisney, Attorney

Amber Cisney graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physics in math in 1991. She then moved to Louisiana and began working as a Field Engineer for Schlumberger Well Services. She worked in the offshore oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico for several years.
From 1999-2001 Amber worked briefly as a consultant in the area of oilfield industry knowledge. In 2001, Amber return to school at Tulane Law School. She obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2003.
Ms. Cisney began working with law office of Smith Stag, LLC in 2004. At this time she predominately worked on land contamination and breach of lease claims involving improper waste disposal of hazardous materials.
Beginning in late 2010 Amber began work for the Law Office of Richard Fernandez, LLC. Since that time she has been involved with personal injury litigation involving exposures to hazardous substances (benzene, asbestos, gasoline and petroleum products), maritime personal injuries, product liability, land lord-tenant personal injuries, and other personal injury litigation.
